The study of Eschatology is a fascinating subject that I have found myself enjoying. The purpose of this blog is to share what I learn about on this topic in order to inform and encourage followers of Jesus Christ as they continue their mission of serving King Jesus on this world. One thing that I would like to stress is that we do not place our faith in a date, but in Jesus Christ alone. Jesus could come back in another 1000 years, but we should strive to always keep our eyes open for His return and serve Him faithfully each day. I do not support dropping what you are doing, selling everything you own, and travelling to a mountain to await Jesus’ return. The Scriptures make it very clear that we are to continue watching and working until He comes back. He does not tell us to stop the work of the Great Commission before He comes back to rapture those who have placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
